Moberg Pharma future-proofs growth with SAP S/4HANA and Implema. To future-proof rapid and profitable global growth, Moberg Pharma has chosen to upgrade its previous business system SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA. The implementation was carried out in record time by Implema, in under ten weeks, using the company’s methodology Implema Way. The project also came in under budget when the system went live at the end of 2018. Implema also manages operations from the company’s operations center in Örebro.
The system upgrade provides Moberg Pharma with new advanced functionality for business analysis through SAP Analytics Cloud. The powerful SAP HANA database analyzes large amounts of data live directly against the business system, making it possible to quickly create forecasts and perform critical business analysis in real time.
