Now SAP S/4HANA is at our doorstep. It’s just a matter of when to do it. Now is a good time for us and our business to take the step, already this year, to move towards S4. It’s not about having to. The system will still be around for a couple more years. It’s about wanting to!

As we now move towards S4, we look forward to being on a future-proof platform. A platform that can take us further. From an operational perspective, we look forward to reducing data volumes. This also saves energy and makes us more sustainable in that way too.
We want to get as much as possible out of it – the right data at the right time, in the right way so that the management team can make the right decisions, but also so that the individual employee can really trust the figures and make the right decisions every day.
For us, SAP means that we can follow the products from the coffee bean and the coffee sack we buy to when it arrives here, we roast, grind, package the coffee and deliver. Then we can send an invoice and follow up on it from a profitability perspective. It’s about traceability, which has even better possibilities in SAP S/4, ensuring that we have the right information throughout the entire chain.
