The business systems specialist Implema takes a significant step forward in its growth strategy. It now acquires CoreChange’s operations in SAP and Business Intelligence. With the deal, Implema reaches a new milestone and surpasses 500 million SEK in revenue.
Both Implema and CoreChange’s SAP and BI operations had a successful 2024. With strong and profitable growth and several new customers. As Sweden’s leading specialist in rapid implementation of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, Implema now chooses to strengthen its position with the acquisition of CoreChange’s SAP and BI operations.
Through the deal, Implema can welcome over sixty highly skilled consultants. They possess expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, SAP transformation, and Business Intelligence. The new consultants join Implema’s offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. This means, among other things, that Implema gains a significantly increased presence in Gothenburg, with a much larger customer base and more than doubled delivery capacity.

The deal is part of Implema’s long-term growth strategy, which combines organic growth with strategic acquisitions. Primarily concerning the core areas of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, but also other areas within digital transformation.

Facts about the acquisition
As of 2025-02-14, Implema acquires the companies CoreChange Business Solutions Göteborg AB, CoreChange Business Solutions Stockholm AB, and CoreChange BI AB from CoreChange Group. These will operate under the Implema brand after the acquisition.
