At Implema, our sustainability work is monitored based on the concept of ESG, which stands for Environmental, Social and Governance. ESG is in line with the EU’s CSRD directive and describes how companies of a certain size and type should report their sustainability data.
We have initiated a double materiality analysis according to the directive and are continuously working to develop our sustainability reporting.
At Implema, we recognize the importance of working proactively to protect the environment.
Our current carbon footprint for Scope 1 and Scope 2 is very small, thanks to the measures we have taken – including sourcing 100% renewable energy for all our offices and data centers, and actively working to reduce emissions related to business travel.
We calculate our emissions according to The Greenhouse Gas Protocol and, in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), our goal is to reduce our carbon emissions per employee and per revenue dollar through 2029, while continuing to grow as a company.
Implema has a quality management system that helps us know how to work in the best way to achieve our goals. We are third-party certified according to ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment), 27001 (information security) and 27701 (data protection).
At Implema AB, we strive to have an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct should not occur. Our code of conduct is our framework for how we behave and make decisions as representatives and employees at Implema. Misconduct can be reported in the whistleblower system.
