As part of our ESG work, we support the Her digital path project, an acceleration program for young and female entrepreneurs, who receive business training, support in capital acquisition, and digital skills development.

Hand in Hand Sweden is an organization that fights poverty through entrepreneurship and whose efforts make a tangible difference. So far, they have helped over five million entrepreneurs.
Hand in Hand was founded in the early 90s when teachers Olle and Gunnel Blomqvist fought to eliminate child labor in India. Children were forced to work to help support their families as parents rarely had jobs. One of the main causes of persistent poverty is the lack of jobs and income. The focus therefore became creating jobs for parents through education and training so that children could attend school.
