1️⃣ PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Was there a well-founded investment basis supporting a clear ERP strategy? Has the evaluation and selection of supplier and system been carried out in a structured manner and based on a thoroughly prepared needs assessment?
2️⃣ THE PROJECT
Was it carried out according to a quality project method with clear division of responsibilities between client and supplier? Was it conducted in close collaboration and with a focus on an active and positive relationship between client and supplier? Has the project actively worked with change management to establish the new solution in the organization? Has the project been carried out in a complex environment?
3️⃣ RESULTS/EFFECT
Has the project delivered a value-creating solution, on time and on budget? Has the project met or exceeded the set effect goals?
The winner will be revealed on May 21 at ERP Summit 2024 in Stockholm.
