With operations in over 170 countries, the client had an extensive need for external consultants but lacked uniform and smooth processes to manage them. After a thorough analysis, they chose to implement SAP Fieldglass as their Vendor Management System (VMS) to create better structure and control.
The solution makes it possible to recruit, administer, pay, and evaluate external resources and suppliers. Today, the platform is used for up to 20,000 consultants and covers 90% of the total cost.
