Dive deep into project methodology, our unique approach Implema Way and being a consultant. Additionally, you’ll specialize within one of our business areas and receive guidance from a mentor from Implema throughout the program.
Together we accelerate each other's skill development and combine trainees with junior and senior expertise. After the program, you'll become an application consultant or integration consultant within leading business systems from SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. During the program, you'll also choose the specialization you're passionate about.

The trainee program started in 2004 and approximately every third employee at Implema began as a trainee. Do you also want to work with digitalization and cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for you who have a few years of work experience or are a newly graduated engineer, business graduate, computer scientist or systems scientist.

Our training is designed to give you the best conditions to quickly develop into an independent consultant who can take initiative and solve problems. Instructor-led training is combined with practical experience and self-study within one of the business systems from SAP or Microsoft.
The program consists of two blocks that run in parallel. In one block, you’ll be introduced to our company culture, learn our project methodology and dive deep into consultancy.
The second block deepens your knowledge within your specialist area – with focus on combining theory with practice. Here you’ll apply ideas and skills in various trainee cases. When possible, you’ll also do this in different projects with our clients.
