Implema got a new logo and new look
This fall, Implema has changed its appearance. We have developed both a new logo and a new graphic expression.

– When we founded Implema, we already stood out in the industry by running projects “the Implema Way”, faster, more efficiently, and more securely. Our customers often say that we are a bit different from other IT consulting firms: a bit warmer, a bit less rigid, yes “the genuine, committed expert who truly cares”, simply put. We wanted all of that to be more visible, even visually, explained our CEO Jörgen Aronsson on the launch day.
– Now I hope it will be clearer to the outside who we are. And that we will spark curiosity and be perceived as what we are; a different IT consulting company, simply put , explained our Marketing Director Ann-Sophie Modigh.
New website
We also took the opportunity to launch a new website this fall. At the same time, we tried to clarify our broadened offering. Many still see us primarily as implementers of business systems, which we are proud to be, but we can also help with much more that can grow your business. Feel free to visit our new website and read more about our various offerings in: Business Systems, Business Consulting, Data & Insight, AI & Automation, Customer Experience, Integrations, and ALM & Operations.
Two Meets this fall – in Sundsvall and Stockholm
Implema are our local events at our offices around the country. There we gather customers, partners, and other Implema friends for an afternoon of news, knowledge, inspiration, and an opportunity to exchange experiences. We then conclude with an after-work with food and drinks. This fall, we held two Meets, one in Sundsvall on October 3rd and one in Stockholm on October 16th.
In Sundsvall, we listened to Peter Backlund from SCA, who talked about the company’s SAP journey and specifically about the challenges of implementing a harmonized system solution in a decentralized company. Other sessions covered how to align the entire organization with business goals, Data Fabric, and last but not least, generative AI in practice. The atmosphere was great, and the afternoon was filled with both questions and laughter.
In Stockholm, we heard Kenneth Verlage share insights from his successful work on how to truly create business value with IT. We also heard Emanuel Lipschütz talk about current threats in cybersecurity and Lars-Erik Odén, who clearly and effectively showed how to concretely benefit from generative AI. Here too, we heard about how to get IT and business to work closer and better together and align with business goals. Just like in Sundsvall, the atmosphere was great, with many good conversations and networking.
A big thank you to everyone who came!
Implema at the United VARs annual meeting in Lisbon
Earlier this fall, United VARs (the global partner network for SAP partners, where Implema is the only Swedish member) held its annual meeting. Present in Lisbon to participate were Implema’s CEO Jörgen Aronson, who is now part of the partner network’s steering group, and Katarina Sutrowitz, Business Area Manager SAP at Implema. SAP themselves were also present with several representatives and could share a lot of news (some fresh from TechEd, which was happening concurrently) that we will return to. Additionally, there were interesting presentations from “solution partners” that we will take a closer look at to evaluate if it’s something we should offer.
Trainee program – applications now open
While this year’s trainees are busy with their thesis work, we have also started planning for next year’s. In early October, we opened applications for our popular trainee program, a very ambitious training to become either an application consultant within SAP or Dynamics or an integration consultant. Feel free to tip someone you think should apply! Trainee program – Business Systems Consultant SAP and Dynamics 365 – Implema
