Lessons Learned from Life Science Implementation of SAP S/4hana

The project began in the autumn of 2019 and concluded in the midst of the Covid pandemic during a lockdown in Denmark. How do you manage to complete such a complex project under entirely new conditions and with such a tight schedule? What are the challenges and lessons learned?
