Implema is strengthening its commitment to Business Transformation and recruiting Carina Segersten as Vice Business Area Manager. With nearly two decades of experience in business systems, transformation, consulting, and leadership, she will play a central role in developing Implema’s offerings and taking a larger position in customers’ transformation journeys.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This recruitment is part of Implema’s continued commitment to Business Transformation and its ambition to take greater responsibility in customers’ transformations.The Business Transformation<\/a> business area gathers expertise in areas such as business development, program and project management<\/a>, and change management<\/a>. This complements Implema’s deep expertise in business systems and technology.<\/p>\n\n

Nearly Two Decades of Transformation and Business Systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Carina Segersten holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and has nearly 20 years of experience in the consulting and business systems industry.<\/p>\n\n

She most recently comes from PwC, where she was responsible for leading the SAP alliance in Sweden. Prior to that, she was at KPMG, where she helped build and lead the Nordic SAP alliance. She has solid experience in SAP, business development, and leadership, with responsibility for sales and delivery as well as team and competence development. Over the years, she has been employed at Capgemini and Volvo IT and has worked with large international organizations across various industries.With her broad experience, Carina saw an opportunity to contribute to the next step in Implema’s development.\u2013 After many years at large global companies, I was attracted by the opportunity to become part of a Swedish company with short decision paths, a strong culture, and great ambitions. Implema is on an exciting growth journey. It feels great to contribute my experience and help develop people, business, and offerings as Implema now takes a larger role in customers’ transformations, says Carina Segersten.<\/p>\n\n
