He succeeds Tobias Simolin, who was recently appointed CEO. The appointment marks the next step in the unit\u2019s development, with continued focus on large-scale transformation initiatives across the Nordic market.  <br\/><br\/><\/strong>Ulf Wid\u00e9n Gewers holds a degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and brings extensive experience in SAP enterprise systems. Most recently, he served as Senior Consultant and Team Lead at Implema, where he played a key role in developing the Business Transformation offering. He joined the company in connection with Implema\u2019s acquisition of parts of CoreChange.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cUlf has been instrumental in building and advancing our Business Transformation offering. He combines deep technical expertise with a strong business mindset and has an exceptional ability to build trust with our clients. That makes him a natural choice to take on this role and lead the team forward,\u201d says Tobias Simolin, CEO of Implema.  <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>Driving large-scale Business transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Business Transformation unit focuses on large-scale ERP transformations, connecting strategy, organization, data, and systems. Its clients are primarily large enterprises with complex, international operations, where Implema takes end-to-end responsibility for the transformation journey. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m truly excited to step into this role. We have built a strong foundation within Business Transformation, and the focus now is on continuing to evolve our offering together with our employees and clients.
