Our customers often say that we are a little different from other IT consulting companies: a little warmer, a little less square, yes, &#8220;the genuine, committed expert who really cares&#8221;, quite simply. We wanted all of that to be more visible, even visually,   <\/em>explained our CEO J\u00f6rgen Aronsson on the launch day. <br\/> <br\/>\u2013 <em>Now I hope that it will become clearer to the outside world who we are. And that we will arouse curiosity and be perceived as what we are; a different IT consulting company, quite simply <\/em>, explained our Marketing Director Ann-Sophie Modigh. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>New website<\/strong> <br\/> <br\/>We also took the opportunity to launch a new website during the autumn. There we also tried to clarify our broadened offer. Many people still see us primarily as implementers of business systems. Which we are of course proud to be, but we can also help with many other things that can grow your business. Please visit our new website and read more about our various offers. Within: Business systems, Business Consulting, Data &amp; insight, AI &amp; automation, Customer Experience, Integrations and ALM &amp; operation.      <br\/> <br\/><strong>Two Meets during the autumn &#8211; in Sundsvall and Stockholm<\/strong> <br\/> <br\/>Implema Meets are our local events at our offices around the country. There we gather customers, partners and other Implema friends. To offer news, knowledge, inspiration and an opportunity to exchange experiences during an afternoon. We then end with an after work with food and drinks. During the autumn, we held two Meets, one in Sundsvall on October 3 and one in Stockholm on October 16.     <br\/> <br\/>In Sundsvall, we were able to listen to Peter Backlund from SCA, who told us about the company&#8217;s SAP journey and more specifically about the challenges of implementing a harmonized system solution in a decentralized company. Other sessions dealt with how to get the entire business to keep pace with business goals, about Data Fabric and last but not least, generative AI in practice. The atmosphere was great and the afternoon was filled with both questions and laughter.   <br\/> <br\/>In Stockholm, we heard Kenneth Verlage share insights from his successful work on how to \u2013 really \u2013 create business value with the help of IT. We could also hear Emanuel Lipsch\u00fctz talk about current threats within cybersecurity and Lars-Erik Od\u00e9n who clearly and effectively showed how to concretely benefit from generative AI. Here, too, we heard about how to get IT and business to work closer and better together and keep pace with business goals. Just like in Sundsvall, the atmosphere was great, with many good conversations and networking.    <br\/><br\/>Many thanks to everyone who came! <br\/> <br\/><strong>The trainee program \u2013 we have now opened the application<\/strong> <br\/> <br\/>While this year&#8217;s trainees are working hard on their degree project. At the same time, we have started planning for next year&#8217;s. At the beginning of October, we opened the application to our popular trainee program, a very ambitious training to become either an application consultant within <g id=\"gid_1\">SAP<\/g> or <g id=\"gid_2\">Dynamics<\/g> or an integration consultant.
