Marie-Louise Bondesson, who most recently comes from Lernia, is the new Head of People & Culture. <\/strong><\/em>Marie-Louise Bondesson has extensive experience in HR and organizational development from a variety of companies. Most recently, she was Head of HR at Lernia. She has previously held similar roles at IP Only, Casino Cosmopol, ONOFF, and Icon MediaLab. For Implema, the recruitment is a natural step in an ongoing, aggressive growth strategy. In this context, Marie-Louise’s mission includes positioning Implema as the industry’s most attractive workplace. Furthermore, a central part of her work will involve developing and continuously strengthening leadership within the organization.
