Here, structured change management is important where training and success stories from colleagues are used to build a positive attitude toward the transformation. <br\/><br\/>4\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Business model alignment<\/strong> <br\/><br\/>so that technology supports and improves business processes, not just digitizes existing structures.
