Polypeptide operates production facilities in Sweden, Belgium, France, India, and the USA. The need was for a unified solution covering three continents and six sites. A group-wide challenge was that facilities worked differently and had different IT systems. Peptide wanted a common and transparent platform that integrates business, logistics, and production processes as well as reporting. The goal was to independently ensure compliance with <a href=\"https:\/\/implema.se\/vad-vi-gor\/life-science\">Life Science <\/a>regulatory requirements.     <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>IMPLEMA&#8217;S SOLUTION.<\/strong> To ensure that Polypeptide effectively meets regulatory requirements, Implema delivered a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics, powered via <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Azure<\/a>. The implementation includes finance, supply chain management, purchasing, sales, quality management, projects, planning, and production.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>RESULTS.<\/strong> Thanks to Implema&#8217;s efficient methodology and a high degree of standard functionality, Polypeptide could replace their existing platform in Malm\u00f6 in just six months, while creating a global template for rapid rollout in other markets. The new solution meets all regulatory and customer requirements within <a href=\"https:\/\/implema.se\/en\/news\/the-challenges-of-life-science-companies-in-global-growth\/\">Life Science<\/a> and enables implementation without the need for new validations. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>The project in Malm\u00f6 is absolutely a success.
