HEMTEX<\/a> NEED. <\/strong>Hemtex focuses on sales supported by SAP and operations at Implema. Hemtex’s decision to outsource the operation of SAP <\/a>has two reasons. Firstly, a lean IT organization. Secondly, a clear strategy to focus on the core business. The choice fell on Hemtex’s SAP supplier Implema<\/a>, which could match the requirements for specific SAP competence for the operation and guaranteed availability for the business-critical processes. <\/p>\n\n

IMPLEMA’S SOLUTION.<\/strong> Today, Implema is responsible for Hemtex’s entire operating environment. In addition to SAP ERP, the operation of<\/g> SAP BI, Solution Manager, and SAP Forecasting & Replenishment, as well as Hemtex’s test and development system, is outsourced. <\/p>\n\n

THE RESULT.<\/strong> With operations outsourced, Hemtex receives, among other things, round-the-clock system monitoring<\/a>. If an error occurs during the night, it is resolved when offices and stores open. <\/p>\n\n
